Hospital Director Eikichi Kitano (Katsuhisa Namase), who made the decision to establish the department on his own authority, was eagerly awaiting the arrival of a general practitioner.
Meanwhile, in the orthopedic department at Uotora General Hospital, a female patient named Momoko Kuroiwa (Risa Nakamura) was being examined after complaining of pain throughout her body. Although tests revealed no abnormalities, Momoko couldn’t hide her frustration with the consultation, which lasted a mere 10 minutes.
Junichi Yokofuki (Naomasa Rokuhei), an elderly male patient also hospitalized in the orthopedic ward, was venting his dissatisfaction with the doctors, giving his attending physician, Mizuki Takino (Fuka Koshiba), a hard time.
